Recently, Motong unveiled an immersive smart dining experience center at Shanghai’s Grand NeoBay Science and Technology Park — the Cyberbucks Cafe Smart Dining Pod. The launch represents another major milestone in Motong’s long-standing commitment to innovation in smart dining robotics.

A Diverse Product Ecosystem One-Stop Experience for the Future of Dining

At the newly completed experience center, visitors can see our full range of intelligent foodservice robots in action. The dual-arm latte art coffee robot can prepare drinks in around 100 seconds and create a variety of latte art designs. The fully automated ice cream robot offers multiple flavor options and can produce hundreds of servings per day. The noodle robot, designed to replicate traditional noodle-making techniques, operates entirely without human intervention while delivering consistent taste and quality. Meanwhile, the milk tea robot integrates tea brewing, topping dispensing and cup serving in one automated system, supporting more than ten customizable topping options.

Our product portfolio spans coffee, ice cream, noodles, milk tea, snacks and more, and is designed to serve a wide range of settings, including office buildings, industrial parks, transportation hubs, and cultural and tourism destinations. Together, these solutions enable truly unmanned, end-to-end operations—from ordering through preparation and serving.

Motong Zhihe was founded in 2020 and is headquartered in Shanghai, with a modern production base covering more than 1,000 square meters. Its business now spans nearly 30 countries and regions across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Oceania, while its products have obtained multiple international certifications, including FCC, FDA, UKCA, and ETL.

In 2024, Motong Zhihe entered into a partnership with a well-known U.S. coffee brand, setting a new record that year for the largest single export order of coffee robots from China. In 2025, the company further expanded its global footprint by securing exclusive sales rights in the South Korean market.

More recently, Motong Zhihe was officially designated as a licensed smart robotic dining service provider for the Brisbane 2032 Olympic Games. This will mark the first time the company’s “intelligent dining staff” take to the Olympic stage, showcasing Chinese innovation while serving customers from around the world.
